unable to start SAP on MAXDB

Hi Gurus,

Here am facing critical issue, i have installed SAP Solution Manager 7.1 on maxdb database and OS: Windows 2008 r2 X64

after installing everything is fine and ran sgen and went home.

Then today when i came to office and see SAP is in hang state so immediatly i checked file system it is having full free space so i restarted sap again but here am unable to start SAP, and unable to find much error logs also.

For this issue i have started discussion on newweaver-administrator forum however i thought it is related to maxdb so am giving same thread as below

Kinldy have a look on it , it is having all attcheed logs.

am very new to maxdb and so please help me to solve this
