sdbstarter many processes

Hello,

at one server I have got about 700 sdbstarter processes, but only 80 sessions on databases. Installed are three SCM Systems, two with seperated MAXDB and LC and one with a combined LC and MAXDB-Instance.

Independend path is of version 7.6.02.14 from LC instances, SCM databases are of version 7.6.00.35. The ONE-DB SCM-System has version 7.6.00.35.
